CHRISTMAS EVE IN ERIN'S EYE

These pictures are very similar to the ones I took on Christmas Eve. They were taken by Erin's camera and she took them. It's always interesting to see how two different people taking the same pictures can each come up with a different look. Once again we didn't get any pictures of Marshall. He must have been hanging out with his Daddy and Pappy watching football.
Our three happy girls celebrate Christmas.
Sydney with her first American Girl doll who is named Julie.
Mommy wondered who picked her out since she looked like a hippy girl.
Tayler checking out one of her presents.
Sydney looking up from one of her presents
just to get her pictures taken.
Something she does not enjoy. She usually hides her face.
Little stinker!!!
Polly Pockets for Sydney

Tayler knows good things come in small packages.
More Polly Pockets
Tayler with a few of her presents. Tayler with her baton...The only gift she wanted.
Tayler and Sydney begin baton lessons tomorrow evening.
We are done eating.
Can we open presents yet?

Please!!!!!

CHRISTMAS ASSEMBLY

On December 23, Tayler's school had a Christmas assembly These pictures are not the greatest, but I thought that I would share them with you.

Very blurry...Tayler is in the back row on the right. She has Rudolph's red nose on.
Same picture, just a little better and she is still is the second
from the end on the right in the back row.
Still wearing Rudolph's nose along with the rest of the class.

A room full of Santa hats.

A VIDEO

Erin made a video of Aiden and Sydney while they were having a great time. They were busy drinking their juice boxes, laughing and listening the music that was playing. I think it turned out really well. She only had one shot of her feet.

VISITING WITH FRIENDS

Erin and the girls visited Amy and her son Aiden recently. Of course you don't go anywhere without getting pictures. Actually I think the pictures were an attempt on getting a Christmas picture, but that didn't happen. No matter what the pictures are cute and need to be shared. There is even a video or two of Sydney and Aiden that I may attempt to download. We'll see.

Sydney and Aiden share a laugh along with a juice box.
Don't know what's going on in this picture, but I thought it was cool.

Another funny moment for these two.
Two sisters.

Smile Sydney
What shape are they trying to make?
You can't really see from this picture, but the girls are dressing Aiden up in Sydney's sweater.
Oh no, Maybe it's Tayler's sweater or maybe it's his sister Emilee's.
Now I know that Tayler is dressed in Aiden's sister Emilee's shirt.
Tayler should be a model.

CRAZINESS ON NEW YEAR'S DAY

We spent New Year's Day at Matt and Ryann's house. We watched the Penn State game which had a very disappointing ending, had the tradition meal of pork and sauerkraut and watched the children have fun. The girls always have fun when they are together and can find so many different ways to entertain themselves. The girls had their blue and white pom poms out and cheered their hearts out, but PSU just could not pull it out. It is hard to win when you have 5 interceptions.

Dylann and Sydney are still cheering, but something else has caught Tayler attention.

Marshall hangs out with his Mommy and Daddy

AWE SOME
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome are we.
That was the cheer they kept repeating.
Marshall had a shot the day before, plus he developed a bad cold so he was not really happy unless he was close to Mommy and Daddy

Still hanging out with the folks.

Yea Dylann!!!

Dylann is a fan of the blue and white.
She has been since she watched her first game with Daddy at 2 weeks old. Then she was dressed in her blue and white, but didn't have her pom poms.
Sydney and Dylann hang on Mommy / Aunt Erin

Aunt Erin has a load of precious girls.

And this attempt made her close her eyes.

Pappy enjoyed his meal.

CHRISTMAS MORNING FOR TAYLER AND SYDNEY

While we were at Matt and Ryann's house today Erin gave me her camera card so I could download them on my computer. Since a lot of our pictures are the same I decided to start with Tayler and Sydney's Christmas morning so this post would be a little different and you wouldn't be seeing some of the same pictures again. They may get posted again if I run out of pictures before I get Ryann's. After looking at the pictures it is obvious that Santa was very good to these little girls.

Tayler and Sydney coming down the steps on Christmas morning.
They are each carrying their American girl dolls that they had received from Nana and Pappy on Christmas Eve.

New bikes and helmets for both girls.
This bike is much bigger than Tayler's old bike.
Tayler is pleased with her new helmet.
Sydney's new helmet and her bike.
Stocking stuffers are always the best gifts.
I always tell Tayler the best gifts are the littlest.
The pile of gifts that are already open are some of the gifts that they received on Christmas Eve
from Nana and Pappy.
What do you have Tayler?
Sydney opening more of her gifts.

Sydney
Sydney with her eyes shut and Tayler moved to the stairs to open her bigger gifts.
I think the dining room was becoming to crowded with all the gifts.
Easy Bake Oven
Tayler is going to have fun with this.

Silly Syd

She is so cute.
New chairs, pillows, and blankets for the toy room.
Tayler told me when they walked in the toy room and saw these she just screamed.
She also told me something about them being to big for Santa's sled and he needed Mommy's help getting them there.
They love them.
A nice and cozy place to watch TV or read/look at a book.
