LAST SUMMER - THIS SUMMER

All you really need to do is look at a picture that was taken about a year apart with many of the same children at the same place and you will realize just how quickly these little ones are growing. These were taken when the girls were with Nicki. She watches them a day or so a week and they are always well entertained when together.

The first picture was taken last summer and the second picture is of this summer. All of the children look older, but I'm checking out Tayler and Sydney.

Her hair was growing back, but she actually looks smaller,. Her facial expression look so much older this year. Tayler is right behind her. Tayler looks so much taller.

Just a few pictures of Marshall and Dylann enjoying summer. I know that Ryann tried sending me about 20 different pictures, but we ran into a problem. At least I know that I will have another set of pictures to do a few more posts. Some are from the Ickesburg Carnival so we all will be able to see Marshall riding the Merry-Go-Around for the very first time.

CHECKING OUT DYLANN'S CURLS

I know that I go on and on about Dylann's curls, but these are just so beautiful that I had to make sure every other person who has stick straight hair (like me) see what beautiful curls look like. Even if it's in the swimming pool.

ICKESBURG CARNIVAL

We have tons of little town carnivals in our area over the summer. New Bloomfield's is held over the 4th and I think it's the nicest. The Ickesburg carnival probably has the best food. It's know for its french fries and ice cream. The kids had a fun time enjoying a lot of good food and also loved the rides. There are a lot of pictures so I will probably not comment on every one.

I know there are a lot of people on that that I love. You'd never get me on that.

Erin was about Tayler's age and was knocked out the door breaking both wrist.

She put them behind her to try to catch herself, but ended up really hurting herself.

I heard he rode his first merry go round ride too.
They also attended a few birthday parties where I heard he became a basketball player.

THE MANY FACES OF TAYLER

When the month of August rolls around we will start the birthday celebration. We have three grandchildren that will celebrate their birthdays. Tayler will turn 7 on August 13. Sydney will turn 4 on August 30 and little Marshall will celebrate his very first birthday on September 17. I think we will doing a lot of birthday celebration. Dylann decide to wait until November and celebrate her birthday with Nana, Aunt Pat, Great Grandma Etter and Pappy.

I love this collection of pictures of Tayler. She such a cute little girl but is growing up faster than I would like. Look for pictures of all the birthday kids over the next days as we get ready for a month of birthdays.

TAYLER AND SYDNEY ENJOYING THE BEACH - ONE MORE TIME

My last post I said that it would be the end of the beach pictures for this family. I'm not so sure now. I know Erin and Richie are done since they are heading to Disney World in November. Matt, Ryann and the kids may still spend some time in the Outer Banks in October. We will just have to wait and see. In the mean time here are a few pictures of the Erin's family at the beach.

Just think, we have the pool to enjoy the rest of the summer, Tayler's soccer games, and all four of our grandchildren have birthdays between August 13 and November 10.

MORE OF THE LADIES VACATION

Just a few more pics from Erin's weekend at the beach with the girls. They returned home yesterday afternoon. I know that when Erin's pulled in the driveway two little girls were yelling very loudly and were so happy to see their mommy. They were also very pleased with the presents she brought for both of them. Nana and Pappy enjoyed the fudge too.

As I said before Erin, Richie and the girls were at the beach the week before Erin went with the ladies. I have to copy them from her facebook and then it will be goodbye to the beach until another year.
